The 8-hour MSHA Refresher is no longer available on the third day of the New Miner class. You will need to schedule yourself for a separate refresher training day. Our MSHA classes cover all members who work on mine property, whether the property is covered by Part 46 or Part 48 of the rules.

The employer is required to supply the training and pay your wages while you are trained and also any additional expenses such as gas, meals, and lodging if you should require it. This is the law.
